“Matt and his partners make sure to take care of maintenance requests in a timely manner. One time we had a plumbing issue on Christmas Sunday and Matt took care of the problem by the end of the day.  The house itself is a great location for tailgating on football Saturdays, is located on a side street that doesn’t have much traffic, is a block from a major bus line, and is a walkable distance to both the undergraduate and medical campuses”
