“Matt and his partners make sure to take care of maintenance requests in a timely manner. One time we had a plumbing issue on Christmas Sunday and Matt took care of the problem by the end of the day.  The house itself is a great location for tailgating on football Saturdays, is located on a side street that doesn’t have much traffic, is a block from a major bus line, and is a walkable distance to both the undergraduate and medical campuses”

In fact, they are the only landlords I have rented from for more than one lease. Matt promptly answer emails/calls and have always treated us with respect, unlike many of the larger rental companies I have rented from”

“I had a great experience renting at 1916 Birge Terrace! I lived there for two years, one with undergraduate friends and another with graduate friends. I loved the location of it, being closer to the hospital and where my classes were, as well as still being in the city and Camp Randall. It was also great to have a fenced in backyard for my dog and free parking in the driveway for my car. Lastly, Matt is the best landlord I’ve had. He is very easy to get in touch with and talk to and he addressed any issues that we had right away.”
